About 330 talented and unique young women walk the halls of St. Jean Baptiste High School, who hail from all over the New York Metro Area. 100% of our Jeanites graduate and are college bound  earning millions of dollars in grants and scholarships from the colleges of their choosing.

The goal of our faculty and administration is to nurture in each student the following qualities and characteristics of womanhood. Our mission is to empower each student to become:

The graduate of St. Jean Baptiste High School recognizes her high school education not as an end in itself, but as a stepping stone to what lies ahead.  The graduate possesses the 21st Century skills required for the 2022 world of college and beyond.  Further, the graduate of St. Jean’s appreciates the intrinsic value of learning and the limitless possibilities that an education provides.

 

  • A Woman of Faith

The young woman coming to St. Jean Baptiste High School has already begun her faith journey.  Her own relationship with God and with others is deepened by the experiences and knowledge gained during her time at St. Jean’s.

The young woman coming to St. Jean Baptiste High School joins a nurturing and compassionate community. The graduate recognizes her call to build relationships with others based on her gained perspective of justice and peace.

The young woman coming to St. Jean Baptiste High School recognizes the importance of strength and courage by choosing to face the challenges she encounters. The graduate of St. Jean’s continues to develop and refine these qualities.

The graduate of St. Jean Baptiste High School recognizes that education is an ongoing process. Her knowledge leads her to exhibit the courage and commitment to overcome obstacles and the recognition that the challenges life presents are not the inevitable and unchangeable boundaries of her life.
