St. Jean's High School Hosts Biggest Open House in Twenty Years!

This past weekend, St. Jean Baptiste hosted close to seven hundred persons - 700 PEOPLE - in the first of two Open Houses for the incoming freshman class. This was a 35% increase from last year, and yet another sign of the rising interest and fortunes of St. Jean's.
Long line of people wiating to get into a school
The Step Team stepped,
the Latina Dance Team swayed, the little brothers and sisters of future Jeanites nibbled on snacks, and the line of families snaked around the corner as hundreds waited their turn to meet our girls.
Vice President of Public and Alumnae Relations, Flora Lugo, stated it was the most successful open house she had hosted in close to twenty years as Director of Recruitment.

"I was thrilled at the unprecedented energy and level of interest at our open house on Saturday. We are clearly no longer the best kept secret in Catholic education in New York. I can't wait to see who comes to our next open house on the 29th," said VP Lugo.

It looks like we are going to need a bigger boat.
