Our spacious school creates the perfect backdrop for your party, wedding reception, baby or bridal shower, conference, fundraiser, workshop, lecture, photo shoot, live production, co-op shareholder meeting or other private event.

St. Jean Baptiste is a ninety-year old school building that is beautifully appointed and as fresh as it was in 1929 when it was built. The school is available for potential rentals that do not interfere with the daily work and the mission of the school. Three floors of original and renovated classrooms rise above the first floor.

Rental spaces available are: a grand auditorium with a stage, a library, traditional and modern classrooms and labs, a spacious dining hall (Wave Cafe), courtyard, and a fitness room. We offer single event and long-term rentals.

The lighting and sound system in our auditorium have been upgraded to state of the art equipment.

For special events, rentals include standard metal folding cushioned chairs, 60-inch round tables and 8-feet rectangular tables. Each table (round or rectangular) seats a maximum of 8 people.

We are conveniently located on the Upper East Side close to the 6 train (77th Street), Q train (72nd Street) and various bus lines.
