ANNUAL CAMPAIGN
A gift to the Annual Campaign supports the school’s on-going operational needs and financial assistance programs in the current fiscal year. Alumnae and friends are invited to partner with the school to strengthen our mission of offering a quality Catholic education to the young women of New York City. Please know that your gift to the school makes a difference in the lives of each of the 400 students who call St. Jean’s their home.
Reflections of a New Jeanite
I was excited about the opening of school. Being on the honor roll is a top priority for me. I plan on joining the photography club and the school newspaper. I want to perfect my writing and artistic skills, and these clubs will allow me to explore my interests. I also plan on playing soccer since I am very competitive. Making last friendships is another goal for me.
I am committed to working hard and hope to excel in all that I do. I believe that St. Jean’s will help prepare for the future, strengthen my faith, and guide me in making the right decisions. I hope to become a psychologist, and I know I will be helped in achieving this goal by attending St. Jean’s. I know I made the right choice in coming here.

Annual Fund
The St. Jean Baptiste High School Annual Fund for the 2007 – 2008 school year has a goal of $300,000. The purpose of the Annual Fund is to reduce the difference between tuition revenues and actual expenses of educating a student. Tuition and fees for the current school year totals to $6,550; the actual cost is more than $9,000. If St. Jean’s were to charge the full cost of educating a student, very few families would be able to send their daughters to the school.
A gift to the Annual Fund empowers the school and guarantees that the enthusiasm Scarlett expressed will continue to echo in the halls of St. Jean’s – a gift that demonstrates your enthusiasm, and appreciation for and commitment to the dream embodied in the St. Jean’s mission.
Help-A Jeanite Program
The Help-A-Jeanite Program provides financial assistance to students who are not able to meet the annual tuition. Alumnae, parishioners, and friends of St. Jean Baptiste High School have the opportunity to sponsor an individual student or provide unspecified funds. A gift to the Help-A-Jeanite Program ensures that students who depend on financial assistance are able to continue their studies at St. Jean’s among caring teachers, dedicated mentors, and good friends.
